If the customer replies, automated follow-ups pause.
If the customer sends STOP, automated chasing for that quote ends.
You stay in control. Review everything before anything sends. Edit your SMS wording in Settings. Your signature and "Reply STOP to opt out." line are always included. The Day 0, Day 3 and Day 8 timing is fixed. You can include a customer-accessible quote link supplied by your business; if it is blank, no link is added.

Can I edit the SMS wording or change the follow-up timing?
You can edit the SMS wording in Settings, under Customer Chase Messages. Your signature and "Reply STOP to opt out." line are always included and cannot be removed. The timing is fixed: Day 0 is scheduled immediately when you press Start Chasing, Day 3 three days after activation and Day 8 eight days after activation. Saved wording changes apply to newly activated quotes; messages already queued keep their approved wording.
Can I include a link to the quote?
Yes. If your business supplies a customer-accessible quote link, you can add it to the quote and include it using the quote-link merge field in your SMS wording. If no link is supplied, it is left out. Quote Converter does not automatically create a public link to an uploaded quote.
Does Quote Converter create my quotes?
No. Quote Converter starts after the quote has already been created and sent. You upload a PDF, photograph a paper quote or enter the details, and it follows up from there.
When are the follow-up messages sent?
Day 0 is scheduled immediately when you press Start Chasing. The first follow-up is due straight away. Day 3 is scheduled three days after activation and Day 8 eight days after activation.
What happens if the customer replies?
Automated follow-ups for that quote pause, so your customer is not chased after they have answered.
Can customers stop the messages?
Yes. If a customer sends STOP, automated chasing for that quote ends.
Will I see the messages before they are sent?
Yes. Before you Start Chasing, you review the customer, mobile number, quote value and the messages that will be sent. Nothing goes out until you choose to start.
Do I need to change my quoting software?
No. Quote Converter is designed to work alongside the quoting, accounting and job-management tools you already use.
How much does Quote Converter cost?
