How the pilot works

  1. Add real quotes

    Use Quote Converter on actual customer quotes you would normally need to follow up.

    Review and confirm the quote, then press Start Chasing to begin the scheduled follow-ups. Uploading alone does not send an SMS.

  2. Quote Converter follows them up

    The system sends the scheduled SMS follow-ups for you.

    Day 0 — first follow-up scheduled immediately when you press Start Chasing.

    Day 3 — second follow-up.

    Day 8 — final follow-up.

    If the customer replies, you'll be able to see their response and continue the conversation.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for Australian electrical businesses that regularly send quotes and are willing to give Quote Converter a proper test.

You don't need to be a large contractor.

You don't need to send hundreds of quotes every month.

You just need to have real customer quotes available to test and be willing to tell us honestly how the experience goes.

This probably isn't for you if you're only interested in having a look around and don't intend to test it on real quotes.

What Quote Converter does

Quote Converter doesn't create your quotes.

It doesn't replace Xero, ServiceM8, Tradify or your existing job-management system.

You keep quoting the way you already do.

Once the quote exists, Quote Converter takes over the follow-up.

Quote sent → Quote Converter follows up → Customer can reply → You see the response

That's it.

After the pilot

Your Quote Converter account remains, and continuing is optional.

Pay As You Go starts at $5/job, and monthly plans start at $40/month. No lock-in. You will not be automatically moved onto a paid plan.

We’ll confirm your pilot period during onboarding and let you know before the free pilot access ends.

  • test more than one quote where possible
  • tell us what worked and what didn't
  • let us know about anything confusing or broken
  • give us honest feedback after you've used it
